  6. Whenever people ask me how he related to me, 
  7. when we talked, for me I can remember practically 
  8. every moment that when he talked to me, he 
  9. remembered who I was, because most of the time, 
  10. talking to McLuhan was talking at that level where 
  11. your personal problems, and his for that matter, 
  12. had nothing to do with the situation at all. So, 
  13. connecting with a person was not something he
